ETS001/VB56G4 1.5MP

The ETS001 is a Time-of-Flight 8x8 multizone ranging sensor with wide field of view, with high resolution automotive grade global shutter image sensor optimized for near infrared scenes with embedded auto-exposure camera module. This module includes FalconView® infrared TOF design, 940nm light, LED driver, 1.5M CMOS image sensor with low voltage differential signaling encode chip. Image sensor with MIPI output and Serializer to convert to LVDS GMSL2 protocol.

• Support external synchronizing function for multi-camera system and control strobe light sources during exposure time
